Delivery and Returns

All orders are dispatched through Royal Mail and various tracked methods are used for international shipping.

Delivery UK

UK Recorded First Class Mail - £4.45 (3 to 5 working days)

International Deliveries

Tracked delivery  - £10.00  (up to 10 working days)

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your online purchase from Wandering Eve. If you have purchased an item through our website and wish to return it, please contact us at enquiries@wanderingeve.co.uk

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the date of purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible to return, items must be in the original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place. We suggest that all items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe.

We recommend using a tracking service so the item can be monitored, and you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the item. Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility of Wandering Eve.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Faulty Items

Wandering Eve manufactures products to the highest standards but we do understand that occasionally errors can occur. If you believe your purchase is faulty please contact us at enquiries@wanderingeve.co.uk   We have a 1 month faulty claim period for all our items – Please note, this excludes general wear and tear. Any manufacturer fault should be known without one month of the purchase date.

Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at enquiries@wanderingeve.co.uk  If an order has been dispatched we will be unable to change or cancel it.
